Trade terms

The things buyers usually ask before ordering. Exact terms are agreed order by order.

  • Delivery terms

    FOB Vietnamese port, or CIF or CFR destination port. Other Incoterms 2020 terms by agreement.

  • Minimum order

    Usually one container per product. For mixed loads or smaller trial orders, tell us in your quote request.

  • Packing and labelling

    To the buyer’s spec and the labelling rules of the importing country.

  • Payment

    T/T bank transfer or irrevocable L/C at sight.

  • Documents

    Sales contract, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (C/O), a phytosanitary certificate where the market requires one, and any other documents the importing country asks for.

  • Samples

    We send photos and video of the actual goods on request. Physical samples are sent by arrangement, with sample and courier costs agreed beforehand.

  • Third-party inspection

    You are welcome to appoint an independent inspector to check the goods at the warehouse before shipment.

From growers, buying stations and workshops in Vietnam, chosen to fit each order’s spec. When we quote, we tell you which region the goods come from.

Can I order something that isn’t on the website?

Yes. Send a request on the Sourcing on demand page and we’ll tell you whether we can source it.

How can I check the goods before they ship?

We send photos and video of grading and packing. You can also send someone, or hire an inspector, to visit the warehouse.

Why are there no prices on the website?

Produce prices move with the season and the spec. Send a request and we’ll quote for exactly the lot you need.

How long does an order take?

It depends on the product, the season and the shipping route. The quote states the lead time.
